Majoros BEd and Breakfast is located in Khayelitsha, which is one of Cape Town's largest townships. This B&B focuses on offering an authentic township experience through traditional cuisine, insider tours, and community relations. Throughout this consulting project, we developed a social media strategy, pricing structure, and financial bookkeeping method. We focused on creating sustainable methods for Majoros B&B to increase their online presence and to become profitable. After working with our entrepreneurs for two weeks, we presented our findings and recommendations. Show less
