While at this location, I oversaw the daily operations of the eight separate food locations around the park. I was part of the team that opened the first alcohol-based location at the Zoo, and trained the staff for that location. I was also responsible for the alcohol ordering for the stand. While here, I also created the schedule for 100+ employees, and completed park inventory monthly. I was also proficient in the POS system employed by this store, as well as the computer programs used for scheduling and keeping records.
