J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à collaborer avec Victor sur la refonte du système supportant le Programme Québécois de Dépistage du Cancer du Sein en 2017/2018. Victor est un véritable artisan logiciel, à la pointe de son domaine, professionnel et pragmatique. Il a vite pris le lead frontend sur notre projet (20 personnes, plusieurs millions de dollars) et a eu à coeur de faire grandir ses collègues dans ce domaine où nous étions un peu plus faibles. Victor a également une excellente connaissance des méthodologies agiles. Il nous a permis de progresser dans ce domaine, notamment en nous proposant certaines pratiques organisationnelles très efficaces ou encore de nouveaux formats de rétrospectives.
