I head the national education department responsible for education and progression strategy and planning in Nigeria, Africa's biggest market with more than 1 in 7 of ACCA members and Students. I regularly, I have high-level interactions, liaising, and relationship with stakeholders especially Tuition Providers, University Vice-Chancellors, Deans and Head of Departments, and founders of Private Universities. helping to sustain, support, and build pipelines of students and future members for the world biggest body of professional accountants.Investigation of National Pass rates and devising of intervention methods for implementation by Tuition Providers and for self-study students. Support to Marketing and recruitment, through recruit right policies and strategiesTalent Spotting and recruitment of Students from High profile colleges to become Chartered Accountants through the FIA program. Achievements include growing accredited Universities from 1 (one) to 29 (thirty-one) within 2 years and in the process overtaking South Africa as the country with most accredited Universities in SSA, and over 200% increase of Approved Learning Partners from 2 (two) to 5 (five) Gold and Platinum ALPs plus 16 Silver Learning Partners.Team Award for Country with most improved pass rates in SSA.
