Victor is a creative, talented, seasoned communications professional. I had the privilege of working with him for many years. I first met him when he was Microsoft’s PR Lead in Argentina, and his creative, out of the box approach to PR was the main reason why I invited him to join my team at the LATAM headquarters. Over the years, he proved to be a great asset for the company, leading campaigns for our various segments, driving issue management, coordinating internal and external resources across the region, and eventually becoming my replacement when I moved to the corporate headquarters in Redmond.
