I am on the leadership team at Matchr alongside Victor. I have worked with Victor under many stressful situations. Including our first recruitment conference in Amsterdam for Matchr. Victor never slept for 2 days straight to make sure the event was a success. He literally worked around the clock on the run up to our first conference and didn't break a sweat. You always find Victor the same way, smiling, happy and so full of positivity. Our first conference was completely sold out and I was fielding calls all day from people desperate to get tickets to attend. We have never hosted an event of this magnitude before, so to have sold out and have a substantial wait list is all testament to Victor and his skill at what he does. Although Victor's job title is "Head of Events" he is instrumental in the day to day operations of our business at Matchr. From supporting sales and marketing to being a key component on our mission, cultures and values. Victor is one of the most passionate men I have met. He lives and breathes our company and is a true team player. I genuinely enjoy all of my interactions with Victor. His cheeky sense of humour coupled with his unbelievable work ethic makes him a joy to be around. Victor is trying to resettle his family from Ukraine, which I know must be absolutely horrendous. He is being moved from place to place and trying to find safety for his young family. Yet none of this affects his work or his drive for our business. His strength, determination, great sense of humour and overall great nature makes him one of my favourite colleagues I've had the pleasure to work with.

He has been driving and organising company offsite events, face to face conferences in Europe and USA and online webinar series. I have been working with Victor closely on some internal online team buildings to our team. It is amazing how many great ideas and innovations he can come up with to connect our remote team and have fun times. Victor has organised our Tech Recruitment Conference in 2022 and it was a great success, participants were amazed by the quality of the meetup. He goes the extra mile to make magical events.
