    • Commercial Director
      • Jul 2017 - Present

Responsibilities: Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. Look for opportunities researching the market. Achievements: As a Director I had more freedom to make real changes at our ways of doing things. We renewed some lines of products that were costing money and warehouse room with poor sales, on top of that we couldn’t bring new products because there was no room for then. After the lockdowns I noticed that the economy was going get better before than we anticipated, so before our competitors I’ve started to restock our warehouses because people were going renovate their houses and furniture and there wasn’t going to have enough supplies in the market, because the factories decreased their provisions. When the market made a comeback we were full of products and our competitor couldn’t buy enough supplies because the factories were only selling the volume based on their buying pattern, so we started selling our products for another stores like us in another regions. In 2020 we raised our gross sales in 25% and in 2021 we raised by 50%. Show less

    • Commercial Manager
      • Jul 2012 - Jul 2017

Responsibilities: I was responsible to manage 80% of the company supplies and was now in charge of the sales team as well. The sales team had 3 sales managers and about 20 sales consultants in 3 different stores.Achievements: In the process of analyzing the results of the different stores I saw that one store had a huge average cost of sale so we decided to close that store and to continue selling in that region, but with a telemarketing strategy. We decreased 10% of the costs of the role company without losing revenue. Also in this period the company had about 150 workers and by benchmarking our competitors I noticed that we could raise the efficiency by redesigning a few process in the warehouses. After that changes were finished we decreased our costs of labor and nevertheless raised our efficiency with the same revenue. Show less

    • Buyer
      • Jul 2008 - Jul 2012

Responsibilities: Manage more relevant suppliers and products, negotiating prices, selecting new products and reviewing the old. Achievements: Decreased the number of SKU’s from 29.000 to 6.000, focusing on the products that were top sellers and with greater quality, without affecting the sales, and making our inventory cost to drop almost 30%. The warehouse efficiency went up and we didn’t have so much products damaged in transport, like we used to. By the time I graduated I wanted to know more about the taxes the company was paying in the process of buying the products, so I asked my superiors If I could do an Internship at out accountant’s office for one month. After this one month period I’ve decided to start a MBA in Tax Law. Show less
