As a Project Manager, I spearheaded an strategical shift in the project which simplified the scope and got the them to finish the mechanical design of the whole vehicle in 6 months. Here, my main tasks were:• Define scope with leaders of different areas• Establish times of completion of the design• Get together weekly with each team leader from all the areas to oversee advance • Get together weekly with all the team to share the general advance and discuss design compliance• Carry out monthly meetings for Team Integration• Carry out a Meet-and-Greet event to show associates from sustainable mobility companies such as Enel X Way, BYD, Schneider, Shell, etc., the mission and vision of Ohm Formula Racing. Thereached a public of around 200 people in the auditorium of Universidad de Ingenieria y Tecnología (UTEC). Here we put together a showroom of four electric vehicles, one of which was designed and manufactured by students at UTEC.• Carry out presentations to executives from different companies to get them to be the sponsors of the project. We achieve the adquisition of sponsors such as Soldexa, Notaria Echevarria Arellano, Boltek, 10G Taller and Parafernalia Grafica. Show less
