Also safe diversions of routes for the local traffic (including vertical and horizontal signaling). •Issue Site Observation Report, NCR's and ensure they are properly closed out. •Regular physical inspection of the project sites to see to it that all requirements of health, safety and environment are strictly being carried out by the contractors. •Ensure all equipment required are in proper state and certified as required. •Review/monitor contractor and designer’s site Risk Register. •Review and Monitor the Environmental Aspect and Impact report and ensure all negative impacts are properly mitigated prior to the task. •Liaise with the client rep. for safety HSE inspection, accident/incident investigation other related programs. •Coordinating the proper implementation of the QCS 2014, TDP, TMP, QTM, QHDM and the Work Zone Traffic Management Guide by ASHGHAL. •Conduct schedule audit on contractor and subcontractors work amenities such as accommodation camps, Site Clinic etc. and ensure compliance to the Qatar Labor Law, Workers accommodation requirement etc. Show less
