I have had the pleasure of producing Victor on the Hitman 2 live tail during his internship at IO Interactive. During his internship, Victor has proved himself a very capable and reliable level designer. He is independent and thorough in his work, takes responsibility and is very good at chasing issues across disciplines at his own initiative. Moreover, he is never afraid of going beyond his own range of skill and knowledge to learn more and help out with disciplines not necessarily tied to level design - a very commendable skill. I do hope that I get to work with Victor again in the future. Any company in search of a level designer will be lucky to have him.
