  The FTE is the flagship project of the JEF (Association of Young French Speaking Entrepreneurs). It is organized with support from the French Consulate, Business France, the French Association of Foreign Trade Advisors and the French Chamber of Commerce. For its 20th edition, the FTE is expanding and will now be open to all European businesses! The objective is to organize a day of prearranged 20-minute speed meetings between SMEs and large groups operating in China, bringing exciting business opportunities to everyone involved. This event will take place on 3 June 2016 at the Grand Mercure (Zhongya). Togetherness between European businesses doesn’t seem as natural compared with our American and Japanese friends. Our priority is to defend and be part of the European ecosystem in China in order to develop long lasting business relationships, encourage discussion between companies and strengthen business links. It will be possible to attend the event either as a participant with access to the speed meetings, or just as an observer. There will also be workshops running throughout the day covering the hottest issues relating to the Chinese economy and business in China. Business operations managers will receive in advance offers from companies they selected beforehand. These offers will be clearly marked and classified by department. At the same time, participants will be able to meet each other more informally at two meetings or during lunch. Show less
