  My role since April 2017: - Manufacturing Engineer process in ME Unit A-350 XBW WLC. - Create and lead process improvements, develop new strong process to eliminate waste and shopfloor support. My past roles: - 3 years as Team Leader in A330neo Model Line. - Multifunctional manufacturing operator in carbon fibre aero structures and parts. My skills: - Manual and automatic lay-up in CFRF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic). - Advanced knowledge and experience in CNC ATL (Automatic Tape Layer) machines like MTORRES - Torreslayup (Fanuc) and CINCINNATI CM100. - Advanced knowledge and experience in ultrasonic cutting machines like "GFM". - Detecting, adapting and implementing improvements in the processes following lean manufacturing practices. - More than 200 hours of continuous training during 5 years in the company. 2017: - Reduction of recurrent cost of A330neo machines section with different improvements (around 200 euros/aircraft). - Migration to MES system of A330neo Model Line production. 2016: - Develop and implementation of BELUGA XL manufacturing process. - Reduction of recurrent cost of A330neo machines section (around 800 euros/aircraft, more than 2% total part cost). 2015: - Definition and implantation of AOS - Airbus Operating System (new vision of Lean Manufacturing). - Implementing and development of "Brick NON-OEE". Pilot project to reduce ATL machine's wasting time. 2014: - Implementing and development of IPAMMS system. - Design and implementing of a new painting system for ultrasonic cutter machine GFM. It saves around 14000 Euros/year in maintenance and breakdowns. 2013: - "Model Line" implantation in A330 HTP Section. - Creation and implantation of SOI's (Standard Operations Instructions).
