Professional engineer with 40 years of progressively responsible experience with the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Formerly a Project Manager/Project Engineer with the NJDOT. Experience in Project Management spanned over 30 DOT projects with a total construction value of over $350,000,000. In addition to Project Management experience, served as a Resident Engineer on several projects including Rt. 29/195 Portion of Trenton Complex and as a Managing Engineer on 8 major federally funded research studies. Authored and co-authored numerous papers and reports on drainage and subsurface drainage, soil and stabilization techniques, structural coatings and fly ash concretes. Involved in preparing and presenting several training programs and seminars focused on areas of expertise, including approximately 50 presentations in 15 states for FHWA’s Drainage Workshops.
