I had the pleasure of working under Victor for 9 months when he was Head of Sales at More Than Enough Limited. His ability to run the sales department with his unique combination of everything mentioned above, as well as creating a calm, safe and happy working environment is awe-inspiring! Victor always made our weekly sales meetings fun and comfortable, Victor is personable, approachable and very easy to speak to, it was comforting and reassuring to know that you could always talk to him about anything and not only would he actually attentively listen but he actually cared and would do anything he could to help. Simply put, Victor is an amazing boss and every employee would happily and successfully thrive under Victor's leadership. Hands down best boss ever!

In his capacity as the Head of Sales Victor was engaging and encouraging to everyone on the sales floor. His clear communication meant that everyone always knew what was expected of them in terms of performance and were able to follow not only their own performance but that of the company with ease due to his fantastically calculated and accessible reports.
