This can be attributed to his discerning mindset, an ability to challenge standards, and what I feel is an often under-valued skill: to not be afraid of asking questions. Additionally, I would like to mention Victor’s eagerness to learn more dimensions of the business, get involved in new projects, and offer to support in all dimensions of Swedish operations, most notably in remote coverage or support in other markets. On a more personal level, everyone that worked with Victor has noted how easy and pleasant it is to work with him. He is bright, kind, and collaborative, even in the face of high pressure and demanding situations. This attitude also permeates into his leadership skills and abilities, and Victor demonstrated from an early point in his career at TIER his capabilities of leading, managing, and motivating a team of operations and lead operations associates, and this has naturally led to the strong and sustained performance in his markets.
