Victor is amazing as a Project Manager! We worked together when he was a Project Manager at IBPAP and I was one of the pioneer faculty and a Master Trainer for the Service Management Program (SMP), an award-winning program that we launched for public and private universities in the Philippines. He was efficiently hands-on behind the scenes and onsite to ensure that the SMP would run as smoothly as possible, simultaneously across different universities in the country. Victor was the common thread in the project management office, coordinating with the private sector that deployed the industry faculty; the government agencies that mandated the execution of the SMP; and the academe that welcomed the industry faculty to teach relevant skills to their college and university students. Later on, I became a Master Trainer for university faculty under the SMP, and I knew I was in good hands given that Victor was still part of the project management office. Soon enough, the SMP was awarded the People Program of the Year by the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). Congratulations to Victor and the amazing SMP Team! Victor was also very helpful in the roll out of the IBPAP Tech Talks, an event that is inspired by TED Talks, and features experts who talk about relevant topics to educate and empower the IT-BPO sector. I attended these IBPAP Tech Talks, in fact, as simply part of the audience. The time came when I was invited to be a speaker in an IBPAP Tech Talk. I was thrilled to be "back home" at the event with a full house, knowing that Victor, again, was in the team that organized the event. I'm grateful to have worked with Victor! I look forward to working with him again, specially in significant projects that leave a positive and lasting impact.
