      The Njørden adventure officially began in 2018, when Philippe decided to bring Victor on board. The two partners were joined by a third musketeer in 2019, Yannick, and they all set about renovating the Auberge du Lion d'Or in Aubonne. Nestled on the heights of Lake Geneva, the place has everything to be the perfect home for the Njørden concept: a lush garden, an intimate restaurant and a spacious café, not to mention the 5 rooms of the former hotel allowing to imagine a Boutique Hotel with a Scandinavian spirit.
