Victor and I worked very close during all of his tenure at Smartbox. In his last one and a half year at the organisation I had the pleasure to work directly with him and was able to see even closer his analytical mindset, attention to detail, amazing presentation skills and professionalism. Always keen to learn and improve, Victor managed to learn SQL, Alteryx and Power BI in less than six months, turning it into top notch analysis and recommendations to improve the experience of the customers that we were serving and the efficiency of the call centre.
