Victor Quintana worked for OJV-OFFSHORE as Project Manager for the construction of a DPIII 600 persons Accommodation Semisubmersible vessel from March 2015 to April 2017, in China. This was a multicultural project, with people from Sweden, China, and Mexico. Victor started as Mechanical Supervisor and Deputy Site Manager, however, he was rapidly promoted to Project Manager. During that time, Victor not only achieved what his role was stated for but gave more results that those stablished in his responsibilities and helped the company to get benefitted from his ways to solve problems and his discipline. Victor is a person focused to solve restrictions, to provide practical ideas, including making proper tools to get things done and positive results. I saw Victor served and worked hardly, with quality, safety, ethically and professionally until this project was completed. He is disciplined, focused, good leader and a skilled Project Manager, who is fully competent in his duties and is able to make decisions without hesitation relevant to his position. He was an asset for our company and worked well as part of a team both with his superiors and subordinates, with good communication skills. I know he is capable for any management and technical position is demanded and he applies for. I strongly recommend Victor Quintana for employment to any future employer. Sincerely, Marko Vikman
