I have known Victor for over six years, as both a strategic facilitator, designing and delivering complex workshops, and as a coach ensuring delivery of outputs and outcomes. He is effective across all the three sectors, ie public, private and third sectors. His language skills mean that he can work with international agendas. I remember him achieving simultaneous translation of Spanish to English, in a fast paced environment, with multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
