Victor is definitely an asset to have in any sales organization. Victor brings experience and passion to his role as senior business development executive with Thats Great News. Victor always takes on challenging tasks with enthusiasm and open arms, including but not limited to new hire training, mentoring and coaching. Victor excels at being the eyes and ears for management, letting all know when there is a better way to do things. Victor has constructive feedback and never just brings to light a problem, yet he always also brings to the table multiple solutions to the problem. Victor is most reliable on a daily basis to not only be at work, but also to work hard, work smart and make the most of any challenges that the day may bring. Vic is an excellent sales rep and a great overall employee and any company would be lucky to have him.

Business to Business telephone sales. We sell high quality display plaques to mount articles, documents and recognitions to companies, organizations, and individuals who are proud to display their accomplishments. We use a computer record management system called netsuite that records our sales and keeps pictures of plaques and proofs for customers. We have a predictive dialer system so that we can maximize the number of calls we make. I have paid personal visits to local clients and have also invited them to our office. I have sold well over $1 million worth of products and have been asked to teach new people some of our techniques.

I was hired to fill a partnership spot stationed at the Chrysalis Center in Harford. I sold the ideas of Project Heart to landlords so we could house clients with mental health and substance abuse issues. We helped our clients get acclimated to a life in recovery with support in housing, employment, social interaction and other issues to help in leading a fuller life. I developed client companies in person and by phone who would pay a fee to find hard to find talent and also temp to hire personnel. I learned how to use the internet and email on this job and blended it with the personal contact that I believe is still necessary to maintain repeat business. We arranged appointments for window replacement sales people by phone and I also developed an in person "job site" marketing campaign where I led groups of our telemarketers to go to areas where we were doing our work on houses and set appointments in person and made notes on the houses to follow up with back in the office that needed work.
