I worked closely with Victor for a year at ZipSearch, consulting with him on a daily basis. We informally formed our own sales team, and we made it work! Victor is not only very honest, hard working and extremely intelligent, he also is very wise in his judgement of situations and advice he would give when asked. He was always enthusiastic (which is rare to find), gave 120% on a daily basis and made or surpassed his numbers every month. He also had a humor (while still being serious) that made it a pleasure to be around him daily. I looked forward to our conversations and how we were going to attack the day. I am extremely harsh in my judgment of others as I hold myself to very high standards and expect the same from everyone, and Victor blew the doors off my expectations each time and surpassed them. Any company that hires him will be utterly fortunate to have him on board as he will not only contribute to the bottom line, but will also pass on his enthusiasm and energy to others as he did at ZipSearch.
