Victor and I worked closely together during the period from 2002 up to August 2010. I as the Global process owner for Sales, Marketing, Pricing , Customer Support and Regulatory Compliance and he in a similar role for the Latin America Region. As such he faced unique challanges managing a diverse geo region made up of both branch and agency offices. Nevertheless he was able to provide advocacy for the areas he managed to the commercial strategies we would formulate as a team globally. Whereafter he implemented our programs fully. Some specific examples included a Sales Variable Compensation Program, Sales training, including a Value Based Program, eCommerce initiatives, and the development of a CRM program globally. In addition to his fine work he is a great guy. Enjoyable to be with and highly professional. I look forward to working closely with Victor again.
