I was hired onto L1 Technologies as a Data Entry Assistant. The company was doing a national audit of all golf courses in the U.S. and other major golf courses around the world for a new application being launched. After assisting in data gathering which involved online research and calling golf courses I was kept on as a technical support representative. The technical support position gave me experience dealing with customers over the phone and troubleshooting devices over Windows and Apple systems. An injury during a school trip to Mexico forced me to leave L1 Technologies but I appreciate the time there, the people I worked with and the experience I gained.
