  Effectively fostering programme integration within the CARE Zimbabwe multi-sector Household Livelihood Security programme in line with the CARE Zimbabwe integrated programming approach by ensuring that SEAD sector targets are clearly articulated to Field Managers and Technical Specialists. Ensuring that sector interventions are implemented in line with set and agreed principles, policies and procedures and taking responsibility for proposing changes and or modifications to existing policies and procedures to ensure programme effectiveness and efficiency. Roles also include effective collaboration with the CARE Monitoring and Evaluation unit in developing sector M&E data collection tools, planning rollout with CARE and partner staff, ensuring timely submission of accurate programme reports that incorporate sector analysis results from the M&E unit as well as actively participating in sector studies. Directly supervising Technical Specialists, developing or revising staff Job Descriptions in line with emerging sector needs, conducting periodic staff performance appraisals in line with CARE policies and procedures and participating in the recruitment of sector staff. I am also responsible for controlling of approved operating project budgets and assets for CARE and five partner organizations and responsible for stakeholder sensitization and engagement at provincial levels.
