  Lead and direct all aspects of warehouse distribution. Direct a staff of 25 employees, 2 clerical/office personnel, work flow coordinator, yard coordinator, and 1 spotter. On First Shift * Working with and maintaining a one million square foot facility, 25 fork lifts, and 120 shipping and receiving docks. * Ensure all Orders are loaded in accordance with Load by Time report. 70+ per day * Manage Inbound Unloading up to 100 a day * Expert at Red Prairie (DLX) system and SAP * Assist associates on daily productivity with the LMS system. * Trouble shoots issues with RF and DLX Emulators *Work with Cycle Counters on maintaining Inventory Accuracy * Supervise with miscellaneous issues or special job duties throughout a day to day base. * Communicate with GP customer Service as well as GP transportation on Load changes and High priority Trailers * Assist in achievement of all client KPI’s * Part of the Safety Committee as well as the Piit Committee * Handle training of new associates
