  Founding director of Dallol and together with Andrew Springett we lead a biomass engineering company that specialises in carbon reduction at factory scale and we offer an inception to long-term partnership large project service . Dallol Forestry and Dallol Operations also join the group offering leading whole tree low impact harvesting, fuel supply and the operation and maintenance of plants we have built. Dallol Carbon will soon offer UK forest based carbon sequestration.Biomass works best for process heat users (or those who also need electricity), so our customers are mainly at factory scale. Our smallest plant is 990kWt and our largest so far is 13.2MWt. We deliver expert statutory planning experience with a 100% track record over 15 years, can simplify the dark art of grid connection and fuel supply in order to design, deliver, construct, fuel and run robust energy centres for businesses with either a process heat, steam or electricity requirement. We are fully familiar with current renewable subsidy structures and environmental permit applications. There are many companies who sell boilers. Dallol only sells boilers as part of a complete energy solution and we are as likely to advise you against buying a boiler if we feel that it would be wrong for your type of application. We aim to be your long-term partner offering after-sales service and maintenance second to none. We also develop our own biomass assets for the long term.Systems can be funded by us, funded by others or simply paid for from the balance sheet.

  KIV UK Ltd was set up to commercialise the IP and products of KIV dd a Slovenian biomass engineering company here in the UK. KIV dd fell victim to its financial situation, that of a struggling Slovenia company with no access to capital or in-country trade banking facilities making it unable to manufacture through the 2010-2013 credit crisis.
