Understand the government legislature and to guide the different aspects of bids, construction and completion from a legal perspective. 2. Oversee the general performance of the projects, scope, time and costs and to suggest changes due to problems in those areas. 3. As a software engineer I also made changes to the software infrastructure of the company stablishing a more reliable information platform based on Microsoft 365 for Enterprises, Owncloud and Odoo 8. 4. As a Family member I investigated about family companies and the processes that make them successful. Microsoft Costa Rica is a team of highly proactive and motivated individuals that support , promote and sell Microsoft products in all market segments. As an Intern, I was added to the Team that was in charge of sales for the Corporate segment. During my Internship I became an expert in software licensing and went to many companies (like RECOPE, CCSS, Abonos Agro, among others) that voluntarily wanted us to analyze their licensing status, this then translated into revenue to Microsoft and attractive discounts for Volume Licensing for the Companies. At the end of my Internship and after the Licensing Campaign was over, I was responsible for performing a ROI analysis in Atlas to discover the economic benefits of migrating old Office software to the new versions. Cenfotec was a newly created institution that taught software development and team work. The teaching philosophy that was implanted since the beginning was revolutionary in Costa Rica. Its main objective was to teach by letting the students evolve in a 5-person team while doing a project through a well stablished iterative methodology. Among my duties, aside from being a student of the first generation at Cenfotec, I contributed as much as possible with feedback about the courses, material, academic workload and any aspect of the institution.
