      Control supple air flow, coming from ash house to paint booths, Control exhaust air exiting paint booths, Control water coming in booths from raisers and exiting though dyno tudes coming to chemically treated sludge pit, (about 300,000 gal. of treated water). Trouble shoot problems and keep booths balanced to prevent over spray of paint from one car to next as robots paint cars in 3 different color paint booths plus prime booth. Test climate for humidity of car in clean rooms to maintain within spec's. Check RPM's on electric fan motor, test chemical in water in sludge pits also add water to proper level. Replace chemical toats of detack, and polymers as needed operating an electric fork truck.
