I hunted Victor from his previous company already knowing about his stellar sales skills and consistent performance. Upon his arrival to BCC his incredible focus and work ethics became an example to the rest of the team. Victor indeed is one of the best sales guys I have worked with through my decades in the travel field. He frequently shared sales expertise through company workshops and team meetings, which he often initiated. As far as I remember his personal record was making 4x of monthly baseline sales volume in a given month. This guy indeed is an absolute sales machine, being able to perform consistently and with incredibly high customer satisfaction.
