I've had the pleasure of working with Victor for past 6 years. I'd come to realise that he is a multi-faceted resource, who can learn and unlearn concepts to fit whichever role he is delivering. Over the period of these 6 years, we have worked separately on different projects/initiatives but he has been my go to person to suggest changes or way forward in areas where our tasks overlapped or were interdependent without losing the focus on both our end goals. He is also one of the few leads I've known, who can get the work done even from the most stubborn resource without having to resort to any "carrot & stick" tactics & with the required quality of output.
