  Design and implementation of all MEP systems on all assigned projects to be handled in-house, and ensure that all building systems are in safe working order and line with current regulations. Review contractor’s installation and method statements, undertake project snagging, and maintain an an ongoing list of electrical and mechanical services defects for contractor’s remedial actions. Facilitate problem-solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. Tracking of all requests for Information (RFI), change orders, and other pertinent documentation on MEP systems on all projects, reviewing and proposing for management approval all contractors’ operations and maintenance manuals. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. Ensure that the installation, inspection, and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings, and work implemented meets the specification, regulatory and other requirements. Research and help deploy better MEP systems and methodologies, tools, and techniques. Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work order.
