  Stears helps individuals and brands develop a clear perspective on the disruptive trends, transformations and technologies shaping Africa by leveraging on domain expertise & technology to build information products for global businesses and professionals. I led the design of the first subscription product called Stears Premium (now Stears Insights), Stears Mobile app, Stears Data: a rich data catalogue on African across a range of industries and MDAs, Vector (a design system for Stears) Stears Rebrand, and supervised the design of the Stears Election centre (a reputable internationally recognized platform for elections data), which was profiled by CNN during the 2019 elections. I introduced custom illustrated images for articles and publications and consistently delivered daily for over 2 years. This image style has been adopted by multiple news and analysis outlet across Africa. Because of it's ingenuity, the design team was interviewed by Dear Designer (https://deardesigner.xyz/stears-design/) I led the design efforts of some of the company’s internal and external projects - with brands like UNDP, Foreign Commonwealth & Dev office, Luminate, UK-Nigeria Tech Hub, Sterling Bank, NSIA, FSDH, TechCabal, FSDH, etc - while creating re-usable industry standard templates and processes for future projects and reports.   I joined Seamfix as a design consultant / contractor to help create processes that improves the collaboration between product, design and engineering to improve product experiences and ship products faster. During the period of my contract that spanned 11 months, I achieved the following; Worked with the in-house design team to improve the standards of the design system and document it on Confluence. Also started design ops to guide the operations of the design department. Designed and Shipped Smart MDM for 9Mobile and due to it's success in increasing SIM registrations and device management by 64%, and cutting cost overhead cost by 35% - it was white-labeled for other telcos like MTN, GLO, Airtel, and 9Mobile and integrated into their SIM Operations Processes (SIMROP).
