I am the kind of girl that never looks at her payslip. All mumbo jumbo to me, especially in a foreign language. In fact, until 6 months ago the words 'global payroll' made me come out in a cold sweat... That was, until I met Victoria. My payroll guru. So, just how did Victoria get this old dog to learn new tricks?! 1. time - Victoria always has time to help, leaning in to solve problems, educate and demystify payroll both internally (across sales team) and externally with customers 2. energy - never a dull moment working with Victoria, and her enthusiasm means every interaction is fun, in turn making payroll fun 3. ability to listen, and meet people where they are - sometimes flexing to talk to likeminded professionals, and sometimes breaking things down into simple concepts, but always temperature checking comfort levels and understanding the right starting point for conversations Thanks so much for all you have taught me, and the fun we've had along the way.
