  As manager of the equipment distribution centre at the Humber Arts and Media Studios, I'm responsible for a large inventory of digital media equipment and studio facilities used for film productions and classes. It is my job to create schedules and assign daily tasks for my workstudy employees, maintain equipment and provide technical solutions to both students and faculty. I also maintain communication between Humber Arts and Media booking centre, Lakeshore Journalism Booking Centre and the Humber Photography Equipment Centre at Humber North Campus.

  I perform as an on call second assistant to Toronto photographer Dan Lim. It's my job to prep the set, lights, camera and studio space, maintain it during production and tear down after production. Photo shoots vary from ad campaigns, fashion comps and editorials and even multi-day creatives. I work on sets with large teams of people all working to achieve the vision of both Dan and the client. Building sets involve heavy lifting and handling delicate and expensive equipment which stresses the importance of experience and attention to detail. Occasionally I would assist shoots on location where time management and equipment management were crucial.
