In charge of conference venue rental, speakers’ invitation, traffic and hotel, conference promotion, conference materials, video and photographer and on-site staffs, conference report and evaluation. ▪ Show events - Responsible for activities arrangement, training and management of event staff, quality controls, data collection. - Coordination with the design supplier involved in design, examine and production of the materials required by events ▪ Ceremony events - According to exhibition’s strategies and planning, I‘ve been in charge of ceremonies such as market research, event topic, planning and organization of event location and activities.
