I’ve been meaning to post about Vicky for ages but seeing her recent accreditation success seemed like a good opportunity. Professionally, I wasn’t in a great place last year for many reasons, I’d lost my way a bit and, as a result, I’d lost my confidence. Despite leading a team through a pandemic and getting good grades in my leadership focussed MSc, I was feeling more out of my depth by the day. Over six months, through her experience based coaching, Vicky helped me work through my challenges and take some very big steps on a very different path. I’m so very grateful for her help and support.

Vicky is an amazing coach. She helped me gain insights about my priorities, career and lessons in personal change. She quickly creates trust, listens deeply, asks powerful questions and provides support in personal and professional change. I strongly recommend Vicky to anyone who are curious about coaching and want to learn about themselves for a better professional and personal life.
