The opportunity to work with Vicky was a big part of the attraction of joining L3 as interim Head of HR. Vicky creates an environment where people can deliver their best - she is warm, fun, energetic, insightful, team orientated, commercial and above all, driven by a strong set of values. I greatly appreciated the insight that she provided from an OD perspective. Vicky has great intuition about people and is extremely adept at building momentum and excitement around projects. Vicky is a highly respected leader both from her leadership peers and team members alike. She is a great HR role model - she knows her stuff and it has been a pleasure learning from her experiences.
