When Vicky and I both worked at NESTA there was an element of chaos always present, and my project was rarely given managerial priority as a project to promote, despite it's popularity with the outside world. Despite this Vicky and her colleague Nicola Kane saw the value and made sure that they supported Planet Science projects and gave them the PR backing they needed. Her work is always inspired and detailed and well directed, and I hope you'll allow her to champion your project if you are considering freelance PR.
