  I presently am the volunteer co-chair for the Wilderness50 National Planning Team. Wilderness50 are wilderness advocates representing nearly 20 non-governmental organizations and the four federal wilderness managing agencies, working together to plan major activities around the nation to publicize and promote wilderness in its 50th anniversary year, 2014.
