  I manage and coordinate across the campuses, two programs for students between the ages of 14 and 16, who attend Activate Learning campuses to complete vocational courses and/or work towards successfully gaining their GCSE's, working with students who are on roll at Secondary Schools and with those who are Electively Home Educated. I have created and I manage an online progamme for students who are unable to access face to face education due to mental health and illness. I support students through their courses with the colleges, by providing pastoral care, mentoring, assistance and guidance throughout all stages of their learning. I liaise with our teachers, faculty managers, with parents and carers as well as other professional agencies, as well as the students' own schools in order to ensure the best care and education is provided to them. Additionally I teach classes tailored to the needs of our students, to help them cope better in college, to be more productive and to gain an education. I have designed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure that legislation and procedures are being followed across the campuses. I am also the lead safeguarding officer for the pre 16's.

Supporting learners throughout their qualifications and helping them to gain the knowledge and experience required to gain employment or places at university. Supporting the English and Maths GCSE team with these learners to help further their development and life skills. I work closely with employers ensuring the needs of students and the employers are being met, also visiting and supporting students in settings. I am also an Internal Quality Assurer, passing the level 4 IQA in March 2017. I have been the main point of contact with the awarding bodies. I have also been a mentor to new staff across two campuses. I have worked very closely with the faculty managers and have covered their roles during periods of illness and/or annual leave.Working within the Services to Public faculty.
