Vicky was a highly professional; dedicated leader of LEGOLAND Windsor, what always struck me was her people management skills were exceptional, she brought the total team with her, and she could engage at all levels, whilst always commanding the respect of the team and the business. She understood the external business drivers and did not hesitate to play a part in major commercial meetings if required. She understood the 360degrees approach to business therefore ensuring partners results delivered improved LEGOLAND Windsor results! I was always impressed with her high levels of drive and passion to move the business and people within it forward.

Vicky was an outstanding General Manager, and someone who consistently provided inspirational leadership. Vicky took a high level of personal accountability for her attraction and she was great at getting the absolute best out of her team. Vicky is one of the best people I have ever worked with in over 20 years in the industry and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any job within the Hospitality/Tourism industry. Vicky was instrumental in taking LEGOLAND Windsor from a struggling business to one of the most successful theme parks in the United Kingdom. Vicky has a sharp financial mind and also a keen understanding of Brand Marketing. Vicky also managed to keep a strong focus on the day-to-day demands of the park without losing her strategic approach. Vicky was a pleasure to work for.
