Vicky was a highly professional; dedicated leader of LEGOLAND Windsor, what always struck me was her people management skills were exceptional, she brought the total team with her, and she could engage at all levels, whilst always commanding the respect of the team and the business. Having left LEGOLAND, I am now looking to set up my own consultancy service for the attractions industry. I have twenty years experience within the visitor attractions and theme parks industry and nine years as General Manager of an attraction/park. I have a keen eye for detail. In the last four years at LEGOLAND, I have delivered four record breaking business performances, improved staff survey ratings, improved guest satisfaction through various initiatives despite significantly increased attendance, helped gain planning permission for a hotel development in green belt through careful consultation with local residents and the local authority.
