Where we were in a team with below-average management, a lack of collaboration and an immature tech suite but that didn't stop Vicky from going above and beyond in everything she did. Vicky and I clicked right as we became teammates, I was blown away by her, ability to learn tech fast, and to develop concepts into applications. I was particularly impressed by Vicky's ability to handle several urgent large tasks simultaneously.
