I had the privilege to be part of the Commercial Programme Europe that Vicky lead in 2011. In addition to organising the whole programme, delivering presentations during the sessions and creating a positive and efficient team environment, Vicky challenged me and the rest of the teams to come up with new business ideas in order to grow the Specialist & Activity Sector. As a result of her leadership, our team recommendation has been reviewed as a viable business approach. I also had the chance to get the results of my 360 by Vicky who really provided me with good understanding of the results and coached me in order to come up with key actions. Thanks you Vicky!

It is equivalent to 3 A levels and will not hinder students from going to university. Alternatively, it can help students improve their employability skills and prepare them for immediate employment. My area of expertise is T Level Management & Administration. The programme involves a 9-week work experience and aims to develop vital communication skills, trust, and integrity within the workplace. Other topics included in the course are finance, project management, people and policies and procedures. Students are assessed via presentations, group discussions, research skills, and project work. Additionally, there are two exams as a form of assessment, although this is used as a minority technique. Historically, the definition of a successful student did not involve characteristics of high-performing employees. However, T Levels strive to close that gap. I welcome the opportunity to speak to parents or employers who would like to support students on this qualification.

A full time job that made my smile grow everyday. A year of music classes, learning sign language, spending time with family and watching my little boy grow everyday. It is a job but a wonderful one. And now my quest begins in finding roles that enable me to balance being the kind of mum I want to be and a job that is challenging, thought provoking and where I can make a meaningful impact.
