I worked as a peer with Vicki for the last 5 yrs prior to her joining IAVM as their CEO. Her ability to lead teams & implement around her extensive strategic planning approach with Education, Events and Marketing is amazing. In that period at MPI we rapidly learned to build on our vastly different approaches to achieve phenomenal results. Vicki was a great colleague at MPI but continues as a strong sounding board for myself and is a great friend!

Vicki is the most energetic motivator I've ever worked with. She exudes a positive spirit when encouraging her peers, direct reports and colleagues. She recognizes their strengths and capitalizes on their unique talents. She is one of the strongtest leader in the profession and has earned the respect of all those she interacts with. It has been a pleasure working and learning from her. Vicki, was very instumental in my growth with MPI which involved coaching, mentoring, teaching, selling, managing and communicating.
