It was a pleasure to work with Vickie. She and I were responsible for handling a number of downtime events and I always felt we had each other's back. Her high level of technical expertise at system administration, keen eye for detail, and calm demeanor in difficult situations really helped during critical moments during downtime. She communicates well, is technically minded and keen at troubleshooting. She was responsible for training a number of our junior-level personnel. Those folks looked up to her as they very much respected her strong work ethic and technical skills. She's very approachable and easy to talk to. She's also not afraid to learn new skills. She took an interest in inter-networking and I was proud of her for getting CCNA certified on her first attempt. I was very happy to hear that she had taken a strong interest in SalesForce administration and was not surprised to find out that she achieved several certs for it already. She's a prized person to have on any team/company. I highly recommend her.
