  Plans, directs, implements, coordinates, and evaluates activities for Families Behind the Badge programs including forums, contests, camps, and outreach programs. Develop and periodically revise curriculum for programs. Maintain materials for programs. Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities for FBTB's programs. Lead the implementation of structured FBTB’s program for all extended family members. Work with FBTB volunteers to ensure that the program meets the needs of the FBTB members. Notify WBTB staff of any special needs or concerns regarding a family member, and work with staff to ensure family receives the necessary resources. Responds to inquiries, resolves complaints, and provides information related to FBTB’s programs and services; addresses professional and lay groups on program activities. Prepares new or revised rules and regulations regarding the FBTB programs and submits them to the President for approval. Exercises independent judgment and initiative in the execution of assigned responsibilities; receives general administrative direction. Works with the Grant officer to develop requests for grant funds for FBTB's programs; coordinates the solicitation of grant proposals, and monitors the grant distribution within the FBTB programs to ensure the grant is used correctly and to the fullest.
