  General Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Lend support to Engineering - logging, revising controlled documents, Purchasing - follow-up on Purchase Orders to make sure they have been received and making any changes etc.; Processing and sending the Supplier Performance Reports each month; Sales Customer Service - look over orders entered for clerical errors, Accounting - posting invoices, and HR - entering attendance reports/vacations, sending out performance review notices with employee information supplied for each month; updating Complement Report each month; and help with any extra projects that need to be done by anyone. I answer the main phone line and direct calls and I am the receptionist for visitors. This is a list of regular activities I do, but I am not limited to these tasks.
