      1. Global trade compliance reporting cross 3 regions (8 jursidictions): EMEA, US and APAC. Design daily metrics on UBS cross asset trades reporting performance (timeliness, completeness, valuation and etc.) 2. Liaise with internal (IMO, FO, IT) and external teams to perform trade reconciliation and break investigation to ensure reporting accuracy and provide fix plan to meet regulatory requirements. 3. Draft SOP and other documents for daily process and ensure all up to date for audit and training purpose. 6. Take part in multiple projects such as UBS reporting on new regulators go live (MAS, FINMA, HKMA phase 2, ESMA 2.0), process automation, process excellence as well as data quality project. 7. Team lead (deputy) - Perform new joiner training, task assign and provide advice on team structure and strategy.
