I had the pleasure of working with Vickie at U.S. Cellular. She was a Manager of Performance Solutions and I was an Instructor and while I did not report to her directly, I frequently benefited from her leadership. Specifically, I worked with her to develop a level 4 evaluation on a new classroom training method for our new Telesales associates. Vickie helped give me direction and ensured I was receiving appropriate development to successfully complete the evaluation. Working with Vickie on that project confirmed for me just how passionate Vickie is about developing people. It is clear to me that Vickie cares deeply for anyone she supports and leads. She thrives on seeing her people grow and become their best. Vickie is an asset to any leadership team!

I worked with Vickie as a peer in Performance Solutions at U.S. Cellular. Vickie collaborates well across organizational boundaries to understand the needs of our clients and position the capabilities of our team to achieve their goals. She has depth and breadth in experience as an L&D professional, able to craft strategy and roll up her sleeves to build quality learning solutions, from design to facilitation. Vickie can be relied upon to challenge the status quo and push teams to realize greater possibilities in culture and performance.
